Self-guided and Personalized memberships (this includes Health Retreat participants). In the Personalized Meditation for Health Program, you receive a personalized plan catered to your needs and goals. Three personal meditation coaching sessions are included in the plan. In the Self-guided program you progress through the Meditation for Health ProgramTM at your own pace with option to get personalized assistance at any time.

During your trial, all members will have access to most of the features of the Meditation for Health Community. Everyone also receives a free 15-minute phone or Google Plus Video Conference consultation. Self-guided members will also have access to five of the seven chapters of the Self-Guided Meditation for HealthTM program.
Yes you can switch between programs during the free-trial and after you begin the program.
No credit card information is taken.
There are no obligations to subscribe after the trial period, and you will not be automatically charged for a subscription. If you wish to continue with the program, you must make a payment before the end of the trial period. Instructions on how to do this are available on the site.There is no need to cancel a trial. If you do not make a payment, access to the site will be disabled. Your profile information will also be permanently deleted from the Community Site.
The free trial will begin after registration and expires 7 days from activation.
No, however, you can cancel your installment payments at any time. You will then be removed from the program, however, you will remain a member Meditation for Health Community. For additional information, please read the
Terms and Conditions.
